Terms and Conditions

1. All goods supplied by BODY-INSPIRATION.COM remain the property of the vendor BODY-INSPIRATION.COM until such time as they are paid for in full.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult material in your community, and are not offended by adult merchandise including such things as sex toys, bondage equipment, vibrators and other adult products. By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

3. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor BODY-INSPIRATION.COM cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use.

4. Some products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed from time to time.

5. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to BODY-INSPIRATION.COM within 3 days of the delivery date.

6. All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped to your customer.

7. BODY-INSPIRATION.COM cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.

8. Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way without prior written permission of the copyright holder. All material is the copyright property of BODY-INSPIRATION.COM

9. Despatch

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within two working days. If for any reason we are out of stock, we will email you to notify you. You will of course have the option of cancelling your order.

10. Returns

Returns are accepted, and full details of how to return your goods will be included in your shipment.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
